The owner and chef of the restaurant, Yuri Mikhailovich Kolesnev, a member of the guild of cooks and chefs of Belarus and Ukraine, has been working in the field of nutrition for 16 years. His wife, Elena Vasilievna,is main companion and manager of all affairs. For more than 6 years they have been working in the same team.
According to the chef, the stock in trade of the restaurant is the absence of freezers. Live fish, farm meat and milk food, vegetables from the greenhouse – an important emphasis on menu items of restaurant.
The restaurant of Yuri Mikhailovich Kolesnev specializes in Western food, to which the chef added personality: in the traditional recipes appeared familiar tastes for each.
