Information for speakers and participants

Official language of the event: Russian.

Translation is provided by the organizers on an individual basis.
All events will take place on ZOOM online platform.
TO PARTICIPATE YOU WILL NEED

  • Computer (laptop) / tablet / smartphone (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS) with installed Zoom client.
  • Headset (headphones) or speakers to hear the presenter;
  • Camera (check activation) – to let the other participants see you;
  • Please, read connection instructions;
  • Not later than 30 minutes before the start – to carry out a test connection.

 

INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS:

 Please register and receive the confirmation of participation and approval of the declared topic;

  • Speakers’ speech should not exceed 7 minutes;
  • Presentation in Power Point and PDF is admissible, size – no more than 7 slides. Presentation should be clearly structured, easy to read and translate.
  • Presentations, videos, other videos and photo materials to accompany the speech should be sent no later than 5 days before the start of the event. Contact person: Ivan Grom +375 232 22-18-74, ves@ccigomel.by.
  • Please send to the organizers a portrait photo (acceptable formats: .jpg, .png, .pdf, at least 400×600 pixels and no more than 2000×3000 pixels) and a short biographical note about your professional activity (no more than 400 characters; in 3rd person and descriptive form) no later than 5 days before the start of the event.
