Advanced level
The goal of the course is to develop all language skills and overcome the language barrier. Classes cover all aspects of the language: reading, speaking, listening, writing, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. The main accents in the course are made on the development of spoken language and the expansion of vocabulary.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
• use formal and informal styles to the place and time
• speak with a limited number of grammatical and lexical errors
• speak fluently on various topics
• know and be able to apply in practice idiomatic expressions and established phrases or phrases
• operate with phonological features of the language, be able to emphasize intonation or put a logical stress in accordance with the laws of the language at the place of the sentence, the attention of the interlocutor to which you want to draw
• understand the key points from the first time and recognize the speaker’s attitude and opinion to the problems
• evaluate intonation and draw conclusions about the feelings and emotions of the speaker
• write official and unofficial letters, e-mail and transmit your own feelings and emotions in accordance with the canons of etiquette
• write a narrative
• write a discourse essay, by logical reasoning
• compile reports, write articles and review books, films, events
Course duration: 96 ac. hours (1 academic hour = 45 minutes).
