Chromatograph “Crystallux-4000M” was developed in 2003 to mark the centenary of the discovery of chromatography by Russian scientist M.S. Cvet. The chromatograph surpasses in many respects not only its predecessor, the Crystallux-4000 chromatograph, but also other domestic and foreign chromatographs. The most modern technologies, components and technical solutions are used in the chromatograph. Ease of maintenance and reliability make it an indispensable tool for analytical laboratories. Catalysis is the process of selectively accelerating the flow of chemical reactions under the action of catalysts – substances that repeatedly participate in chemical transformations, but are practically not consumed. Catalytic processes are widely used in refining and petrochemical industries, such as catalytic cracking, benzene alkylation with ethylene, hydrotreating, hydrocracking, catalytic reforming, etc.

Reactor equipment for each process unit is designed according to a special (individual) project. The following indicators are used to characterize reactors: type of chemical reaction, productivity, geometric dimensions and shape, design technological parameters (pressure, temperature, space velocity, etc.), material design, etc. In the oil refining industry, as a rule, continuous reactors are used. Batch reactors are used only in low-tonnage and auxiliary processes.
