On July 24, 2024, at 14.30, the Gomel branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will organize a practical seminar on the topic “Force Majeure and Sanctions. The Strategy of Protection of Interests. A New Package of Sanctions. Sanctions Compliance” in online format.
The seminar is aimed at heads of enterprises and business owners, managers and specialists of foreign economic and legal services, specialists of procurement departments and other departments involved in the implementation of commercial contracts.
The seminar is conducted by Vitaly V. Vabishevich, Head of the Department of Legal Support and Digital Technologies of the BelCCI, arbitrator of the International Court of Arbitration at the BelCCI, PhD in Law.
The seminar will cover the following issues on the basis of real practice and cases:
