In order to expand trade and economic cooperation, in the period from July 15 to 18, 2024 the Gomel branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a visit of a business delegation of the Republic of Belarus to Obninsk and Nizhny Novgorod (Russian Federation).
On July 16, the Union “Obninsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry” hosted the Russian-Belarusian Forum organized by the Gomel branch of the BelCCI and the Union “Obninsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry”. The Forum discussed the issues of state measures of business support, services of the Export Support Center of Obninsk Region, work experience with Belarusian entrepreneurs, opportunities and prospects of interaction between industrial parks of Belarus and Russia.
During the meeting, Belarusian entrepreneurs held B2B negotiations with representatives of Russian companies, where they exchanged contacts for further cooperation.
On July 15 – 16, 2024 members of the Belarusian delegation visited LLC “Lassard”, State Autonomous Institution of the Kaluga Region “Technopark “Obninsk”, LLC “RastrTechnology”, where they got acquainted with the production and held negotiations with the management of the enterprises to establish business partnerships.
On July 17, 2024 members of the Belarusian delegation took part in the contact exchange held at the Union “Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nizhny Novgorod Region”. OJSC “Krasnyj pishevik”, OJSC “Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange and OJSC “Sanatorium “Ruzhansky” held negotiations with more than 20 Nizhny Novgorod companies of the agro-industrial complex, companies engaged in wholesale procurement and distribution of food products, representatives of retail chains, and the tourism sector.
Representatives of the State Institution “Administration of the free economic zone “Grodnoinvest” and the Chinese-Belarusian CJSC “Company for the Development of Industrial Park “Velikiy Kamen” visited the special economic zone of industrial and production type “Kulibin” in Dzerzhinsk, visited the production sites of resident enterprises, inspected the factory under construction.
The representative of OJSC “Krasnyj pishevik” visited and held negotiations with LLC “Sladkaya Zhizn plus” and LLC “Trading House VKT”, following the results of which they agreed to prepare individual commercial proposals on cooperation for each Nizhny Novgorod enterprise taking into account the needs of the Russian market.
At the end of the working program in the Union “Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nizhny Novgorod Region” a round table discussion was held, where Belarusian enterprises presented themselves in detail to a wide range of 30 interested enterprises of Nizhny Novgorod.
