Since 2009 Private Building Unitary Enterprise “Liniya Snosa” has been active and has developed steadily. The Company has a powerful mobile waste recycling complex. As a result of recycling of construction waste, the Company produces crushed bitumen material (secondary bitumen powder). The volume of output is 6 000 tons per month.
Bitumen powder is produced by processing bitumen containing roofing waste.
Bitumen powder composition: oil bitumen (69.4%), mineral admixtures, cellulose.
Range of application: road-building, repair and insulation works, roofing works; production of roofing and insulation materials (roofing felt, mastics, primers, etc.).
Range of application:
– as an stringent component;
– in cold and hot insulation mastics;
– in thermal joint compounds (for pipelines, foundations and roofs);
– in waterproofing materials (for pipelines, foundations and roofs);
– in bitumen-concrete mixtures in road construction and repair;
– in manufacturing of roofing materials.
Bitumen powder produced by our Company is used in road paving, construction and maintenance; it can also be used for roofing, insulation works and for the production of bitumen-containing materials.
We offer flexible conditions for cooperation with an individual approach to each customer. A discount system is applied depending on the volume of products purchased, terms and conditions of payment. We can provide services for the delivery of the products. Bitumen powder is supplied in big bags of 800 kg. It is possible to ship by railway containers directly from our Enterprise.
