On the territory of the sanatorium there is a pump room with mineral water, a library, a games room (billiards, table tennis, chess, darts), a children’s room for group work, an assembly and dance hall, a hairdresser, beauty parlors, a conference room for 50-60 seats, a banquet hall with 30 seats, – a mini-cafe of Italian coffee and chocolate with fragrant pastries, rental (bicycles; skiing; badminton; billiards; tennis; barbecue; skewers; balls, etc.), children’s playground, beach with locker rooms, pool 16; 5×7 m and a mineral pool 4×7 m, parking for vehicles.
