Srednevolzhsky Bearing Plant LLC (SVPZ), established in 2006, is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of large-sized bearings. The plant implements the entire production cycle: from design engineering, placing orders to supply metal and ring blanks to delivering the products to customers.
Today, SVPZ produces more than 400 standard sizes of roller and ball bearings of different structural groups. The enterprise manufactures both serial products and non-standard bearings and those analogous to foreign ones according to customers’ orders. Promising area — mastering the production of slewing bearings for modern wind-driven power plants.
Large-sized bearings made by SVPZ are used in metallurgical industry, in oil and gas equipment, cement and coal industries, general engineering and other sectors.
The leading enterprise from various industries in Russian and near-abroad countries are among the regular customers for the products of SVPZ, including: Slovakia, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Turkey, India… The main customers of SVPZ are Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works PJSC, Severstal PJSC, BelAZ, EVRAZ-cement, Almaz-Antey concern. The key suppliers of ring blanks are Ruspolymet PJSC, Uralskaya Kuznitsa PJSC, Ural Metallurgical Plant LLC.
Srednevolzhsky Bearing Plant implements the quality management system to ensure consistent product quality, increased competitiveness and operational efficiency. The implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 international quality standard, which is subject to annual confirmation, allows for the active promotion of SVPZ products in the global market.
SVPZ LLC makes use of the advanced production processes and high-performance equipment ensuring high quality and reliability of the manufactured products. Extensive production equipment fleet and own metrological laboratory provided with the state-of-the-art measuring instruments verified by the Samara Centre for Standardization and Metrology enable the production of bearings according to the technical requirements of GOST-520 of different precision categories or pursuant to special technical specifications.
SVPZ Trading House was opened in 2016. The company is actively promoting its products, including by participating in various Russian and international contests, again and again proving its title as the best enterprise in the field of bearing manufacture.
SVPZ is a participant of the “Labour Productivity and Employment Support” national project. The lean production activities implemented within this project contribute to a significant increase in labour productivity, production efficiency and competitiveness of SVPZ.
