On March 4, 2021, General Director of the Gomel branch of the BelCCI M.V. Filonova took part in a meeting of the Working Group on Cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Bryansk Region of the Russian Federation.
The event was held by the Belarusian State Concern of Food Industry, the meeting was moderated by Deputy Chair A.V. Yakovchits.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the ministries of transport, construction and architecture, agriculture and food, as well as education of the Republic of Belarus, Bellegprom concern, Belkoopsoyuz, branches of the BelCCI, Belarusian enterprises: Belkommunmash, MAZ, Gomselmash, etc., as well as heads of branches of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Smolensk and Rostov-on-Don.
The participants of the meeting made reports on the results and prospects of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, outlined their plans for 2021.
In her speech, Director General of the Gomel branch of the BelCCI M.V. Filonova noted the active interaction with the Bryansk Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In particular, in 2021, together with colleagues from Bryansk, 3 profile meetings were organized in the following areas: agro-industrial complex, light industry, healthcare. Sides have reached agreements on the participation of Bryansk partners in events organized by the Gomel branch:
- Specialized dialogue platform for the construction industry “Building a house” 14-15.04.2021;
- International exhibition “Spring in Gomel”, 20-23.05.2021 with the organization of a collective stand of enterprises of the Bryansk region;
- International event “Business Days in Gomel”, 20-22.10.2021.
In addition, in order to expand cooperation with Bryansk partners, a suggestion was made to continue the exchange of advertising information and commercial proposals of Belarusian and Russian enterprises interested in cooperation.
