General Director of the Gomel Branch of the Belarussian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Marina Filonova as a member of the Belarusian delegation took part in the X Forum of Russian and Belarusian Regions in Ufa.
On June 27, 2023, within the framework of the Forum, a joint event of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Russia and Belarus was held on the topic «Upcoming trends for the development of cooperation between the business circles of the two countries». The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Belarussian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mikhail Myatlikov, as well as heads of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, representatives of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy of the Russian Federation, the Permanent Commission of the Council of the Republic on Economy, Budget and Finance (Republic of Belarus).
Marina Filonova represented the Gomel Branch of the Belarussian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Among the topics discussed at the Belarusian-Russian Business Council were support for family businesses, mutual access to government procurement and opportunities for switching vehicles to natural-gas-based motor fuel.
In continuation of her work at the Forum events, on June 27, Marina Filonova took part in the Session “Cooperation between regions, districts and cities of Russia and Belarus as the most important factor in strengthening the Union State.”
