On June 23, 2021, the Gomel branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a training seminar “BUSINESS EVENTS. Etiquette of negotiations and organization of meetings, receptions, conferences. Rules of business etiquette. Advertising, marketing, legislation”.
At the training seminar, the students studied the general rules and basic forms of business etiquette, learned the principles and national features of business etiquette. We reviewed the rules of business meetings, features of communication with clients. We studied the principles of business communication and the dress code. We have worked out the techniques of conducting negotiations, presenting a product, product, service within the framework of business games.
The event was attended by 10 representatives of 8 organizations of the Gomel region.
