Type of activity: JV OJSC «Spartak» – one of the largest producers of confectionery and semi-finished products of own manufacture in Republic of Belarus issuing about 350 items of confectionery, including products of therapeutic and prophylactic action. Main types of the products are: caramel, candies, chocolate and chocolate goods, biscuits, wafer products, cream cakes and cakes. Today at factory there are 4 production departments: biscuit, caramel, wafer, candy and chocolate where in wide assortment make the above-stated types of products.
The main production has high level of technical development. Lines of production of chocolate, biscuits, caramel, and wafers are almost completely automated. The development strategy of factory also provides a significant change in the product range and improvement of quality by means of network of workshop and central laboratories equipped with the modern equipment where is carried out strong incoming control of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods.
