On April 11, 2023, the Gomel branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a training workshop «Telemarketing. Сold calling» The seminar participants studied modern approaches to the telemarketing process and worked out its main stages.
18 representatives of 8 organizations of the Gomel region took part in the seminar.
